The short version
Renovexus is a directory of kitchen and bath showrooms and remodelers. You can browse it without an account. If you send a request, we share it with one contractor or showroom, never a list, and we never sell your details.
What we collect
- When you send a request: your name, phone, email, town, project type, the details, budget and timing you choose to give, and for showroom visits your preferred visit time.
- Consent record: the exact consent wording shown to you, the time you agreed, your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the page you sent it from. We keep this to prove what you agreed to.
- Abuse protection: a short-lived counter keyed to your IP address (1 hour) and phone number (24 hours) to stop repeated submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, sent the form.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Browsing the directory does not create a profile of you.
Who receives it
- One partner business that serves your town and does the work you asked about, so they can contact you by phone, text or email.
- Our service providers, only to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot check, temporary storage) and our customer-management system, which routes your request to that one business.
- Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap when you view a map, so their servers see your IP address as part of that request.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests are delivered to our customer-management system and kept there while the request is active and for our consent records. If delivery is delayed, a copy is held in temporary storage for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. Abuse counters expire after 1 to 24 hours.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Email privacy@renovexus.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. We answer within 30 days.
Business listings
Business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, ratings and review counts come from public business listings; license status comes from public state registries, and logos come from each business’s own website. A business can ask for a correction or removal at pros@renovexus.com.
Children
Renovexus is for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and the date at the top.
