Review integrity policy

• Ratings shown on profiles come from Google and are labeled with their source and review count.
• We never remove or hide negative ratings, and paying for placement does not change ratings.
• We do not write, buy or reward reviews, and we don't let contractors review themselves or competitors.
• Contractors who receive a free or paid placement are identified as “Featured” or “Founding Partner”.
